On August 10, 2023, China-Kyrgyzstan Work Conference of Kyrgyzstan Luban Workshop and Cooperation Memorandum Signing Ceremony were held at Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. China Education Association for International Exchange, Kyrgyz State Technical University, Zhejiang Institute of Water Resources and Electric Power, and Zhejiang Institute of Communications, jointly signed the Cooperation Memorandum of China-Kyrgyzstan Luban Workshop.

According to Cooperation Memorandum, the four parties will build the Kyrgyzstan Luban Workshop in common, and collaborate in the training of academic and non academic talents in professional fields such as electrical engineering, new energy, road and bridge engineering, railway engineering, machinery, surveying and mapping, and construction, as well as organize activities such as teacher-student exchanges and visits, scientific research cooperation, and information sharing.
