This 3-year program helps students to master professional knowledge in engineering cost, bidding, and financial management of roads, bridges and culverts, tunnels, transportation engineering, municipal engineering, etc., and possess the ability to prepare cost, base price, bidding quotation, engineering finance, and engineering economy for highways, waterways, and municipal engineering.
