This 3-year program aims to help students to master the professional knowledge and technical skills of urban rail transit industry passenger service, ticket management, passenger transportation organization, traffic organization and other positions(groups), and train them to be engaged in equipment operation and maintenance, passenger service, ticket affairs processing, passenger flow facilitation, traffic operation, emergency response and other work.
Teaching facilities include station simulation training room and emergency treatment training room.
