This 3-year program fosters students to master advanced engineering technology and management methods and prepare them to independently complete the planning, design, construction, and management of municipal engineering projects, as well as solve complex engineering problems.

Teaching facilities include one on-campus urban road and bridge training room, two municipal road inspection training rooms, and one municipal pipeline simulation training room.
