This 3-year program aims to train students as railway engineering technicians, railway construction technicians, and railway line and bridge workers in the civil engineering, construction, and railway transportation industries. Students will be capable of working in the construction, maintenance, and management of railway embankments, bridges, tunnels, and tracks.

Teaching facilities includetwo off-campus training bases and one on-campus railway engineering training ground.
