This 3-year program helps students tomaster the professional knowledge and technical skills of engineering measurement, material testing, engineering testing, engineering construction, engineering budgeting, engineering maintenance, and surveying and design in highway construction projects, cultivating them to become high-quality technical and skilled talents in construction, testing, maintenance, surveying and design, supervision, engineering project management, and other enterprises and institutions.

Teaching facilities include a construction area of over 15000 square meters, equipped with imported and domestic instruments and equipment such as radar, UTM, 3D laser scanner, RTK, intelligent total station, asphalt materials and mixture experimental training.
