This 3-year program helps students to master knowledge of postal services, postal communication organizations, postal management and operation, gain the ability to analyze the grassroots business environment, market development, marketing planning, business processing, operation management, customer service, etc. in postal enterprises, and enables them to engage in grassroots business processing, marketing and network management in postal enterprises.

Teaching facilities include Postal Comprehensive Skills Training Room and National Postal Talent Training Base.
