The Symposium on asphalt pavements was held in ZJIC on Sep 22nd. The principal speaker was Prof. Dr-lng. habl. Frohmut Wellner, a world famous export on asphalt pavements, who comes from Dresden German, introduced the development history of asphalt pavements in German, and especially his research achievements and progress about optimization of asphalt and prediction of service life. The teachers and researchers both from Road and Bridge department、Zhejiang Scientific Research Institute of Transport and relevant agencies attended the symposium.
